This service is offered following experience accumulated within the Estate Agency and Letting industry since 1980 and supported by our  being a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Members of ARLA have to comply with strict accounting procedures and hold Client Money Bonding Insurance which ensures your money is safe whilst in our care.

The service offers the utmost personal and professional care from finding and vetting suitable tenants and ensuring they fulfil their obligations as required by the tenancy agreement during their occupation.

We are able to advise on rental valuations, whether to leave the property furnished or unfurnished, what type of tenancy agreement to use, taxation and possession proceedings.

Once we have your instructions to market your property we will seek suitable tenants, thoroughly vet them, prepare the agreement, inventory or schedule of condition and serve the appropriate notices. We will also collect the rent and carry out inspections to ensure the tenants compliance with the agreement. Where necessary we will also arrange to carry out repairs and maintenance on your behalf.
