Formed in 1994, Adrian Noad Property Services started business in the old 'coal office' situated in Bishopswood Road, Tadley. We had the unofficial title of being the smallest estate agents office in the UK at that time! Our current larger office was opened in 2001 following the purchase the adjoining dry cleaners shop.

With the emphasis on being part of the local community in which we live and work, we have strived to not fit the stereotyped image of the estate agent - by always putting our clients interests before that of own irrespective of what we may lose. Offering the most experienced team working in Tadley we are always available for a friendly chat.

Adrian Noad FNAEA MARLA (Residential Lettings)
First started his estate agency career in 1980 in Basingstoke. Gaining experience in New Homes, Residential Lettings and Sales  for various estate agencies in Basingstoke, Hartley Wintney, Winchester and Newbury -  Adrian fulfilled his ambition in 1994 to run his own estate agency in Tadley which had been his home since 1965.

Adrian is actively involved in the local community serving as a Town Councillor and Chairman of the Tadley & District Community Association. He is married  to Karen and has  two stepdaughters. His interests include supporting the Basingstoke Bison Ice Hockey Team and Manchester United, all forms of motorsport, and when the sun shines a spin in his classic Alfa Romeo sports car.

Mark Balchin  - (Residential Sales Manager)
Mark started his estate agency career in 1991 in Basingstoke . Gaining experience in Farnham, and Aldershot, Mark arrived in Tadley in 1995 working for one of our competitors. Frustrated by the 'corporate environment' he joined Adrian in 2005 to take over the running of the residential sales side of the business.

Mark is married to Karen and has two sons and currently lives in Basingstoke. His interests include supporting Everton football club (somebody has too!) and enjoys spending time with is family and socialising with friends.
